Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") will apply:
1. In conjunction with any specific listing on the Website, advertisement or other materials used in the promotion of a competition by the Promoter, Where any specific terms and conditions conflict with these Terms and Conditions, these T&Cs shall take precedence.
2. You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering the Competition.
3. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any reference to "you", "entrant(s)" or "participant(s)" are to persons who have entered the Competition in accordance with the terms set out at Clause 5 (How to Enter).

Eligibility
1. The competition is only open to residents of Great Britain(England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or older except for:
  1. Employees of the promotor
  2. Employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter, who are professionally
  3. Members of the immediate families or households specified in clause 3.1 a. or b. above.
2. Where entrants do not meet the criteria set out in clause 3.1, their entry will not be valid and they will not be eligible to win.
3. By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition and claim the prize. If you fail to provide the Promoter with any such proof or other information that they may require within 30 days of request, you may be disqualified from the competition.
4. The promotor reserves all rights to disqualify you if:
  1. You are rude or abusive to the Promoter or anyone associated with them.
  2. You have acted in breach of these terms and conditions.
  3. You have acted in concert with other persons or have submitted entries purporting to be in the name of another person, with the intention of circumventing these terms and conditions.
  4. You are found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the prizecompetition, the Website, the App, or entering using fraudulent means.
  5. You are found to have posted an entry or comment to the Promoter’s social media page(s) that is, in the Promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other Entrants or the Promoter, or is contrary to any applicable law.
5. Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Promoter. No refunds of the entry fee will be given:
  1. If, following your entry into the competition, you subsequently find out that you are not eligible to enter the competition or claim the Prize.
  2. If you are disqualified from the competition by the Promoter for any reason.
The Competition
1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://simplypredict.co.uk.
2. All competitions are equal chance prize competitions as participants can only enter once per competition.
3. To be in with a chance of winning, everyone who enters the competition (an “Entrant”) will be required to submit their predictions for the relevant outcomes prior to the competition closing date.
4. An entry fee is payable each time you enter via our online entry method (“Online Entry Route”), or you may enter for free via the postal entry method outlined in clause 5 (“Postal Entry Route”). Each person who enters either via the Online Entry Route or the Postal Entry Route is an “Entrant” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
5. How the competition works:
  1. The promotor will provide a set of outcomes for participants to predict.
  2. Participants will then enter their predictions for the outcomes required and will receive points based on how accurate their predictions are.
  3. Participants will be ranked in a leaderboard based on how many points they have achieved and the participants with the most points achieved for the relevant competition will win the prizes.
  4. In the event of a tie on points, the tiebreaker will be the participant with the most correct score predictions as per the “score predictions” section of the leaderboard. If still tied the next tiebreaker will be most group winners predicted correctly as per the “group winners” section of the leaderboard. If still tied the next tiebreaker will be the participant who correctly predicted the overall winner of the tournament as per the ”winners” section of the leaderboard and finally if still tied the final tiebreaker will be the participant who correctly predicted the top goal scoring team as per the “top team gs” section of the leaderboard. In the event of a tie after the tiebreaker(s) the winners will share the prize.
  5. Full competition rules, points structure and prize structure will be advertised on the relevant competition pages of the website for each individual competition.
How to enter
1. Competitions will run from and including the opening and closing dates specified on the Website for each competition. These dates shall be referred to as the “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” respectively.
2. If it is absolutely necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to change the Opening and Closing Dates. If the Promoter does change the Opening Date and/or the Closing Date of a competition, the new details will be displayed on the Website. The Promoter will not extend the Closing Date simply to sell more entries.
3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the specified time on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified and no refunds will be given.
4. The maximum number of entries to each competition is limited to one entry per user per competition. Only one account is permitted to be registered per entrant, any entrant found to be registered in the name of any other person will be disqualified.
5. To enter the competition using the Online Entry Route:
  1. Go to the Website and view the Competition you wish to enter.
  2. Log in or register an account if not already logged in.
  3. Click the enter now button on the competition you wish to enter.
  4. Enter your payment details and complete your payment.
  5. Make and submit your predictions for the outcomes required.
6. Once you have completed payment you are considered as entered into the competition however you must submit your predictions before the closing date, if you do not submit your predictions before the closing date you will be disqualified and no refunds will be given. Once you submit your predictions they cannot be edited or changed.
7. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are not successfully completed, are lost or are delayed regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
8. By purchasing entries and/ or submitting a Competition entry (whether purchased online or submitted as a free entry), you are confirming you are eligible to enter the Competition; you acknowledge you are entering into a contract with the Promoter; and you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
9. You may enter the competition for free via the postal entry route by complying with the following conditions:
  1. Send your entry on an enclosed postcard via first or second class post to the promoter at the following address: SIMPLY PREDICT LTD, PO Box 19116, Motherwell, ML1 9FS.
  2. Hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into our competition.
  3. On a single blank sheet of paper, or postcard include with your entry the following information:
    
    Your Full Name.
    
    Your Full Address including Postcode.
    
    Your Date of Birth.
    
    A contact telephone number and email address.
    
    The competition you wish to enter along with your predictions for the competition.
  4. This information must be written down in very clear writing or typeface, incomplete or illegible entries will not be entered into the competition.
  5. All entries must be submitted in the English language. Entries in languages other than English will not be entered into our competition.
  6. A maximum of one entry can be made per postcard or envelope received. Bulk entries in one envelope or on one postcard will not be accepted.
  7. Your entry must be received by the promotor prior to the closing date, entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the competition.
  8. All entrants must have created an account on the website/app to have a free entry processed, all details on the postal entry must match the account details. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed and will not be entered into our competition.
  9. If the above steps are not followed as described then a postal entry will be invalid. You will not be notified if your entry is invalid.
  10. By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept the terms and conditions.
Prizes
1. There may be one or more prizes available for each competition, which are described on the relevant competition pages of the Website(the “Prize”). Details of the Prizes are, to the best of the Promoter’s knowledge, information and belief, correct as at the Opening Date.
2. The prize value and breakdown of how this will be split between the winners will be advertised on the relevant competition pages on the website prior to the closing date and will not be changed once the competition opens regardless of how many entrants to the competition.
3. The competition prizes are awarded to the highest scoring participants(as defined in clause 4 “the competition”) on the overall leaderboard as advertised on the relevant competition pages on the website prior to closing date.
4. In the event of a tie where the tied entrants each have achieved equal number of points and have predicted the same amount of correct scores, group winners, correct winning team and top scoring team the prize will be split equally among those participants.
5. The prize is not refundable, negotiable or transferable.
6. The Promoter will not be liable for Prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
7. All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
Winners – how to claim
1. The Promoter will contact the winners (as defined in Clause 6 “Prizes”) as soon as practicable after the competition is concluded, using the telephone number or email registered on their account.
2. It is each users sole responsibility to ensure that their contact details are up to date on their account.
3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winning participant cannot be contacted or has not claimed the Prize within 14 days of the competition ending, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next highest scoring participant “the alternative winner”. The Alternate Winner shall have 14 days from notification of their status by the Promoters to communicate their acceptance of the Prize. This process shall continue until a winner accepts the Prize.
4. Winners must provide valid proof of identity and address which matches the name and address registered on their account, If the Winner does not provide such proof of identity and address within 14 days of accepting the prize, the Promoter may conduct its own investigation, and if the Promoter cannot verify the identity of the Winner within 30 days of the competition ending, the promoter reserves the right to offer the Prize to an Alternate Winner.
5. Cash Prizes will be transferred directly to the Winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide evidence that it is the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account. Failure to do so within 14 days of accepting the prize will result in disqualification from the competition and the winner forfeiting the prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next highest scoring participant.
6. Winners should allow up to 90 days for payment and delivery of the applicable Prize.
7. A full list of Prize winners by name will be available in the leaderboard section of the website.
8. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants in relation to all aspects of the Competition including (without limitation), allocation of the Prizes and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified and will not be eligible to receive any Prizes. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility and is not liable to pay any compensation if you are unable to or do not take up the prize.
Personal information & publicity
1. By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers for the purposes of administering and managing the competition and prizes, the promotor may use the details you give us to contact you about products and services that may be of interest to you and of informing you of future competitions and our competition schedules or as otherwise set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on the Website.
2. Entry and participation in the Competition constitutes permission for the Promoter and it’s associated, affiliated, parent and subsidiary companies to use the usernames, predictions, name and city/county of participants for publishing purposes, including but not limited to, leaderboards and other display within the simply predict Website or related applications.
3. If you do not wish to participate in any publicity, you must notify the Promoter. This will not affect your chances of winning the Prize. Please email the Promoter at

4. Please note that under data protection laws you are entitled to request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request you will be withdrawing from the competition as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you are the winner. You will not be entitled to any refund of any entry fee if you withdraw from the competition. Limitations & Liabilities
1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. The Promoter shall not be liable for:
  1. Any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prizes, Competition, other associated promotions or relevant football fixtures beyond the Promoter's.
  2. Any technical failures or unavailability of the Simply Predict Website or any entries that are not received due to incorrect or inaccurate entry information, faulty or failed data transmissions or any other reason.
  3. Unauthorised access to, theft, destruction of or alterations to entries at any point.
  4. The Winner's use of the Prize.
3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scottish law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
General
1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. The latest version of these terms and conditions will be available on the Website.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoters will return the Entry Fees to each Entrant. Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person.
3. The total maximum aggregate liability of the Promoter to each Winner shall be limited to the total value of each Prize that has been won by the relevant Winner.
4. The total maximum aggregate liability of the Promoter to you shall (if you are not a Winner) be limited to the amount that you have paid to enter Competition.
5. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and any future competitions.
6. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions and keep them for your records.
